Bright Sensors designs, manufactures, and markets gas-quality sensors and analyzers based on MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) that enable real-time monitoring of gas properties. Multi-parameter millisecond measurement sensors determine dynamic viscosity, thermal conductivity, and CO2 content with high accuracy.
Using patented algorithms, Bright Sensors gas analyzers correlate these physical properties with the Wobbe index, higher and lower calorific value, density, methane number, and air-fuel ratio of the measured gas composition.
One of Bright Sensors’ key products is the BlueEye™ Ex-D continuous combustible gas analyzer. Every second, the device accurately measures the combustible properties and calorific value of the gas mixture, including gases with a high content of CO2 and H2.
